How does a mobile notary visit actually work?
A mobile notary brings the appointment to you — your kitchen table, an office, a hospital room, a care facility. If you've never used one, here's the whole process from first call to sealed document.
You book a time and place
Online or by phone. We'll ask where to meet, roughly what's being signed (so we know how many signatures, whether witnesses are needed, and how much time to reserve), and confirm the quote before anything is scheduled.
You get the documents ready
Have everything printed and complete, but do not sign anything yet — most documents must be signed in front of the notary. If you're missing pages or aren't sure the packet is complete, check with whoever sent it before the appointment.
We arrive with everything the signing needs
Journal, stamp, spare pens, and any witnesses that were arranged. We check each signer's government-issued photo ID first — that part is required by Florida law, every time.
You sign, we notarize
Signers sign, witnesses witness, and each notarized signature gets the certificate wording, seal, and journal entry it requires. A routine single document takes minutes; big packages like loan closings take about an hour.
The documents go where they need to go
Keep them, or have us ship, scan, or deliver them — same-day scan-backs and shipping are normal for deadline work like loan packages.
