Jail notarizations — because life outside doesn't pause.
When someone is incarcerated, the family's bills, property, and children still need managing — and that usually requires notarized documents. Kathy is specifically authorized to perform notarizations at correctional facilities throughout the region, and she handles every visit with discretion and zero judgment.

Jail Notarizations questions
Can any notary go into a jail?
No — correctional facilities require specific authorization, and many notaries won't take these appointments at all. Kathy is authorized for jail notarizations and has performed them throughout the region.
What do I need to arrange before the visit?
Three things: the document ready to sign, the inmate's ID information (facilities have specific identification procedures — we'll walk you through them), and the facility's visitation requirements. Call us first and we'll help you coordinate all of it.
What kinds of documents do inmates typically need notarized?
Powers of attorney are the most common, along with vehicle title transfers, real estate documents, and affidavits. Whatever the document, we verify identity and witness the signature — bring it ready to sign and we'll take care of the notarization.
