Documents we apostille

  • Powers of attorney for property or family matters abroad
  • Diplomas and transcripts for working or studying overseas
  • Birth, marriage, and death certificates for foreign use
  • Business documents — contracts, articles, certifications — for international deals

Simple, up-front pricing

Every appointment is a little different, so we talk pricing with you directly — no confusing rate sheets. Reach out by phone or email, or just book, and you'll have a clear quote before anything is scheduled. No hidden fees, no surprises.

How it works

  1. Send or hand us the document

We confirm what your destination country requires and whether the document needs notarization first — many do, some don't.

  2. We file with the Secretary of State

Correct request forms, correct fees, correct format. This is the step where do-it-yourself attempts usually bounce.

  3. Your apostilled document comes back ready

Typically one to two weeks, shipped wherever you need it — including directly overseas.

Not sure where to start?

Apostilles apply to countries in the Hague Apostille Convention; other destinations use a different authentication process. The party requesting your document can tell you which one they need — then call us with the document and the country, and we'll take it from there.

Apostille questions

Do you handle the whole apostille process?

Yes. You hand us the document and tell us which country it's headed to, and we take care of the notarization where it's needed and the filing with the Florida Secretary of State, then get it back to you. If you're not sure whether your document needs one, your receiving institution can confirm what they require.

How long does the apostille process take?

Typically one to two weeks, depending on the Secretary of State's processing time and shipping. Rush handling is available if you're on a deadline — tell us when you book.

Which countries accept apostilles?

The 120+ countries in the Hague Apostille Convention — including most of Europe, Latin America, and Asia. If your destination country isn't a member, the document needs embassy authentication instead, and we can point you in the right direction.
