Is a video notarization really as good as ink?
Yes — and in some ways stronger. Your session is recorded and retained as required by Florida law, your identity is verified twice, and the seal is tamper-evident. If your recipient is one of the few that still insists on ink, we'll tell you honestly and offer a mobile visit instead.

Will my online-notarized document be accepted?
Documents notarized under Florida Statutes Chapter 117 are legally valid nationwide. That said, a few institutions still prefer ink — if you're unsure whether your recipient accepts electronic notarization, ask them first, and we'll do it in person if needed.
What happens to the recording of my session?
Florida law requires online notary sessions to be recorded and securely retained. The recording protects you — it's evidence that you signed willingly and were properly identified.
