Beachside Mobile Notary

Estate documents, notarized properly — when your family needs it most.

Powers of attorney, wills, trusts, advance directives. These signings usually happen during hard weeks, not easy ones. We bring the witnesses, handle the formalities, and treat your family with the patience the moment deserves.

When families call us

  • A parent is in the hospital and a power of attorney can't wait
  • An attorney prepared your estate plan and now it needs proper witnessing and notarization
  • A will and its affidavit need notarizing — with two witnesses we can bring
  • An advance directive or healthcare surrogate form needs to be done right the first time

Simple, up-front pricing

Every appointment is a little different, so we talk pricing with you directly — no confusing rate sheets. Reach out by phone or email, or just book, and you'll have a clear quote before anything is scheduled. No hidden fees, no surprises.

How it works

  1. Tell us the situation

Which documents, where the signer is, and how soon. Hospital and hospice visits get priority scheduling — often same-day.

  2. We arrive prepared

Witnesses arranged, journal and seal in hand. We verify ID, confirm the signer is alert and willing, and never rush anyone.

  3. Everything executed correctly

Signatures, witnesses, and notarizations completed in the right order — so the documents hold up when your family needs them to.

What we can't do — and why it protects you

We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We can't tell you whether you need a will or a trust, or what your POA should say — an attorney should prepare those. What we do is make sure the signing itself is legally airtight.

Estate Documents questions

Can you notarize a will in Florida?

Yes. These signings often call for witnesses in addition to the notary — tell us when you book and we'll bring credentialed witnesses and handle the notarization in one visit. For questions about how your documents should be prepared, check with your attorney.

Can you notarize for someone in hospice or with dementia?

The signer must be alert, aware, and signing willingly at the moment of notarization — Florida law requires it and it protects your family. We're experienced in these situations and will be honest with you about what's possible.

Can you tell me whether I need a will or a trust?

We can't — that's legal advice, and Florida law prohibits notaries from giving it. An attorney should prepare or review your estate documents. Once they're ready, we'll come to you and make the signing easy.
