Online Notarization
Is online notarization actually legal?
Yes. Florida authorized remote online notarization in 2020 under Florida Statutes Chapter 117, and documents notarized online by a Florida-commissioned notary are legally valid in all 50 states. Every session is recorded, your identity is verified, and the document receives a tamper-evident digital seal.
What do I need for an online notarization?
Three things: a computer or smartphone with a camera, a reliable internet connection, and a valid government-issued photo ID. We handle everything else, including the secure video platform and identity verification.
How does identity verification work online?
You'll answer a short set of questions drawn from public records — the same kind of verification banks use — and show your photo ID on camera. It takes about five minutes and is required by Florida law for every online session.
Can you notarize online for someone outside Florida?
Yes. Because the notarization is performed under Florida law by a Florida-commissioned notary, you can be in any state — or overseas — and the notarization is still valid.
Mobile & In-Person
How far will you travel?
Anywhere within about 2 hours of Palm Bay — that covers all of Brevard County and much of Central Florida. We'll go over the details with you when you book, so there are never any surprises.
Can you come to a hospital or assisted-living facility?
Yes, and we do it often. We're experienced with bedside signings, can arrange the required witnesses, and know how to handle the practical realities — medication schedules, visiting hours, and signers who need extra time.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes. Documents don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Evening and weekend appointments are available for both mobile and online notarizations.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Every situation is a little different, so we discuss pricing with you directly — just reach out by phone, email, or when you book, and we'll give you a clear quote for exactly what you need.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. You'll have a clear quote before anything is scheduled, and we'll answer any questions about it one-on-one so you always know what to expect.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept all major payment methods, and online bookings can be paid through the booking system.
Documents
What types of documents can you notarize?
Nearly anything that requires a notary: powers of attorney, wills and trusts, real estate and loan documents, affidavits, parental consent forms, vehicle titles, business agreements, and more. If you're unsure, call us — we'll tell you in one phone call whether we can help.
Do I need witnesses, and can you provide them?
Some documents — like wills and certain powers of attorney — require witnesses in addition to the notary. Tell us when you book and we can arrange credentialed witnesses for your signing, in person or online.
What ID do I need to bring?
A current government-issued photo ID: a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or military ID. The name on your ID should match the name on your documents.
Can you help me fill out or choose my documents?
No — Florida law is strict about this. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, select forms for you, or tell you what your documents should say. We verify identity and witness signatures. For questions about content, talk to an attorney first; then we'll handle the notarization.
